Questions about your legal rights

These answers cover the legal points you may need before or after opening an account. They focus on account access, payment records, data handling, cookies, correction requests, and how to reach us. For personal account details, sign in first so we can verify you before discussing private records.

The terms shown during account creation apply once you accept them and use the service. Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available only where local law permits, with your accepted version stored in Account > Legal Centre.

We keep wallet ledger entries tied to DANA, OVO, GoPay, and QRIS, including reference numbers, timestamps, amounts, and account ID. These records help us check disputes, verify withdrawals, and answer legal questions linked to your account.

Yes. Sign in, open Profile > Help > Contact Us, and choose Legal Request. We may ask for your registered email, phone number, and a recent payment reference before changing details that affect ownership or transaction records.

Cookies help us keep you signed in, remember language settings, and detect risky access patterns. They do not replace your account ledger, but they can support checks when a login, profile edit, or withdrawal request is questioned.

We keep transaction records for the period needed to handle disputes, payment reconciliation, fraud checks, and legal duties. If you ask for deletion, we will tell you which records can be removed and which must remain.

Only trained support and account teams assigned to the case can view the details needed to answer it. Sensitive records, such as QRIS references or identity checks, are handled inside internal tools rather than public chat spaces.

We publish the updated wording in Account > Legal Centre and may ask you to accept it before continuing. Older versions remain recorded so we can check which terms applied to an earlier account action.
